Each product page contains its description. Where supplied, the What’s included, How to apply and Care tabs provide additional information for that design.

Follow the instructions supplied with your specific product. Visit How to apply for the guide and check the product’s application and care information.

Select the heart on a product. Open Favourites from the mobile menu, the desktop header heart or the footer. When you sign in, favourites saved in that browser are added to your account.

Select Sign in in the header, then Create account. Enter your first and last name, email and a password. Confirm the password to complete registration.

For a new customer, checkout creates an account using the order email address. An email provides a link to set your password. Existing account holders should sign in before placing the order.

Open Sign in and select Forgot password. Enter the email address associated with your account to request a reset link.

Sign in and open Account details to update your name, email or password. Use Addresses to manage your billing and shipping addresses.

Sign in to My Account → Orders. Select View beside an order to see the products, totals and current order status.

Your account displays the store’s order status. Carrier tracking details, when available, are provided separately; the account status is not live parcel tracking.

Use Shipping and Returns for the store’s published information. Contact the store before ordering if you need clarification.

Use the contact form and include your order number and the email address used for the order. Do not include payment card details.
